• Metro’s plan for less congestion includes improvements to the Southbound I-605 South St off-ramp. As part of the I-605 Hot Spots Program, this project adds, a right turn lane and a standard deceleration distance for motorists exiting the freeway. By reconfiguring the South St southbound off-ramp, the project will help ease congestion, enhance mobility, improve public safety, and improve regional traffic flow.
