Summary

Chatsworth Station ADA Improvements Project is performing a series of improvements to enhance accessibility and mobility needs at the Metro Chatsworth Station. Phase 2 includes the reconstruction of the mini-high ramp at the Amtrak & Metrolink Platform 1 (east side) and Platform 2 (west side).

Date and Work Hours

Platform 1 construction started the week of April 6, 2026 and will continue for approximately 4 weeks, Monday through Friday, with work hours from 7am to 3:30pm and Saturday from 6am to 6pm.

Location

Chatsworth Station Amtrak & Metrolink Platform 1 & 2. Construction will take place from April through Summer 2026.

What to Expect

Amtrak & Metrolink trains will bypass the Chatsworth Station on two Saturdays: April 11 and April 18. Riders are encouraged to plan ahead and contact the agency directly for additional information.

Pedestrian access will be maintained outside the work area. Wayfinding signs will be in place.
Amtrak & Metrolink train staff will direct riders to boarding/discharge locations on the platform.
The work will be conducted in phases for limited disruption for riders.

Bus services at the station will be maintained.
Construction is dynamic and schedules are subject to change.
