Metro A Line: Firestone Station New Faregate Installation


Summary  
As part of Metro’s A Line, Metro and contractors will be upgrading faregates in an effort to improve safety and customer experience at Firestone Station. Installation is anticipated to begin Monday, March 17 and continue through Saturday, March 22.

What to Expect/Traffic Control  

  • Metro A Line trains will remain in service. 
  • North and south station entrances may be temporarily closed during this activity, with at least one station entrance open at all times. 
  • Access to Firestone Station will be maintained at all times.
