Gayley Av Geotechnical Fieldwork

Summary

Metro’s subcontractor will be performing required preliminary, limited geotechnical fieldwork to gather information on existing soil and rock conditions in areas west of Westwood Bl between Le Conte Av and Wellworth Av. Work on Gayley Av is one of several locations in this area.

Late August through early October 2026

Work Hours

Monday – Friday, 9am-3:30pm
Work will be periodic with a cumulative duration of up to 18 days.

Parking Restrictions

There will be periodic parking restrictions along the west side of Gayley Av, north of Lindbrook Dr.

Lane Closures

There will be periodic lane closures of portions of southbound Gayley Av, north of Lindbrook Dr.

Local access, Pedestrian Access, and Emergency Responder Access will be maintained during work activities.
