Knobhill Dr Geotechnical Fieldwork

Summary

Metro’s subcontractor will be performing required preliminary, limited geotechnical fieldwork to gather information on existing soil and rock conditions on Knobhill Dr, approximately 900 feet south of the intersection with Beverly Glen Bl.

When

Mid-September through October 2026

Work Hours

Monday – Friday, 9am-3:30pm
Work will be periodic with a cumulative duration of up to 18 days.

Lane Closures

An approximate 100-foot section of Knobhill Dr, south of 3820 Knobhill Dr, will be periodically closed to traffic and pedestrians. Northern and southern access to Knobhill Dr will remain open, but traffic will not be allowed to pass through the road closure and will have to exit back to the original entry point.

Local access, Pedestrian Access, and Emergency Responder Access will be maintained during work activities.
