Westbound Wilshire Directional Closure – Wilshire/La Cienega

Summary 

Beginning 8pm and continuing through 7am the following morning, westbound Wilshire Bl will be fully closed between San Vicente Bl and La Cienega Bl. Eastbound Wilshire Bl will be reduced to a single lane between Hamilton Dr and San Vicente Bl. Northbound La Cienega Bl will be reduced to a single lane between Gregory Way and just north of Wilshire Bl. This traffic control is anticipated to be in place on an intermittent basis starting May 13 and continuing through June 16. This traffic control will support ongoing utility work activities along Wilshire Bl. N Hamilton Dr and N Gale Dr will be closed at Wilshire Bl during this work. Right turn movements from Southbound San Vicente Bl to westbound Wilshire Bl will be restricted. Access to side streets will be maintained from San Vicente Bl. The north sidewalk will be closed between Gale Dr and La Cienega Bl over the duration of this work. A pedestrian detour will be in place on the south sidewalk.

  • Access for Emergency Vehicles & First Responders will be maintained. 

Metro Access

Noteworthy  

  • All work has received necessary permits and approvals. 

  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of the construction zone.
