Appendage Potholing and Sidewalk Closure
                

Summary 

The contractor will continue implementing closures on the north Wilshire sidewalk on Wilshire Bl between Beverly Dr & El Camino Dr to progress with potholing and pilling for future appendage structures. Potholing will begin Thursday, June 26th.  

When 

  • Anticipated potholing start date: Thursday, June 26th  

  • Duration: Approximately 3 weeks 

Work Hours

  • Potholing Activity Work Hours: 9am-4pm 

Traffic Control

  • The westbound Wilshire Bl. curb lane will remain restricted during work activity. 

  • The northern sidewalk on Wilshire Bl between El Camino Dr and N Beverly Dr will be restricted in phases with pedestrian detours and access provided during the work activity.  

  • The westerly sidewalk on N Beverly Dr at Wilshire Bl will be restricted in phases with pedestrian detours and access provided during the work activity. 

  • Southbound Beverly Dr will be reduced to one lane during work activity. 

Noteworthy

  • All work will receive the necessary permits and approvals. 

  • Access to driveways, residences & businesses will be maintained at all times unless notified in advance. 

  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of construction zones. 

  • Access for the Fire Department and emergency responders will be maintained. 

  • Parking restrictions will be implemented in the immediate area of the work zone. 

  • Construction is dynamic and schedules are subject to change.
