Beverly Drive Station Monthly Look-Ahead: October 2025

This monthly notification is an outline of construction activities for the month of October 2025. Additional notices detailing these activities will be sent by Metro’s project team.  To be added to the Purple (D) Line stakeholder list for weekly updates, please email: metrodline@metro.net.  

Ongoing Station Construction 

Krail enclosures will remain in place along the north and south curb lanes to support ongoing station construction and facilitate appendage construction during the month of October.  

Two lanes in each direction will be maintained along Wilshire Bl between Beverly Dr and Crescent Dr.  

Left turns will be restricted from westbound Wilshire Bl to S Canon Dr. 

Work Hours: 

  • On-street work continues behind Krail M - F from 6AM to 4PM and 8:15PM to 7AM. 

  • 9AM to 4PM, & 8:15PM to 7AM, S Beverly Dr may be reduced to one lane in each direction. 

  • 8:15PM to 7AM, Wilshire Bl may be reduced to one lane in each direction supporting station construction and material delivery. S Beverly Dr may be reduced to one lane in each direction. 

Cross Passage Work Activity  

  • Permanent sewer installation work activity will be taking place at Cross Passage 36 (between N Roxbury Dr and N Linden Dr) & Cross Passage 27 (between Carson Rd & Willaman Dr) 

Wilshire Bl, S Beverly to S Crescent Dr, Appendage Construction Activity  

  • The south sidewalk on Wilshire Blvd between S Canon Dr and Crescent Dr will remain closed for construction of the appendage structure directly adjacent to Ferrari Beverly Hills through the end of October.  

  • Phased sidewalk restrictions and pedestrian detours will remain in place; local access to businesses will be maintained. Ferrari Beverly Hills customers can enter from the rear, with valet parking available at the nearby Sixty Hotel. 

  • South Wilshire Bl sidewalk between the front of Rolex Building & south sidewalk in front of Bank of America building will be restricted.  

  • Pedestrian detours will be provided. 

  • Excavation and concrete placement continues for appendage construction between 6AM-4PM for dayshift hours and 8:15PM-7AM for nightshift hours.  

Permanent Utility Installation – N Canon Dr to N Crescent Dr 

  • The contractor will continue permanent utility installation work activity and has implemented a daytime & nighttime full closure of the alley from 9AM-4PM & 8:15PM-7AM between N Canon Dr and Crescent Dr through October.  

  • The south end of the alleyway will be restricted at Wilshire Bl and pedestrian access in the immediate area will be maintained. Entrance to the alley from Clifton Way will be maintained.
