Civil Restoration at Wilshire/La Brea

Summary 

Beginning in mid-February 2025 and continuing through March, lane closures may be required along Wilshire Bl between Sycamore Av and Detroit St. Closures will also appear along La Brea Av between 6th St and 8th St. These closures support street restoration near the future Wilshire/La Brea Station.

Traffic Control  

• Wilshire Bl between Sycamore Av and Detroit St reduced to a single lane in each direction. 

  • Monday through Friday: 7am to 3:30pm and 9pm to 7pm. 

  • Saturday and Sunday: 6am to 7pm. 

• La Brea Av between 6th St and 8th St reduced to a single lane in each direction. 

  • Monday through Friday: 7am to 3:30pm and 9pm to 7pm. 

  • Saturday and Sunday: 6am to 7pm.

Noteworthy 

• All work has received necessary permits and approvals. 

• Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of the construction zone.
