S Beverly Dr: Westside Alley Driveway Closure 

Summary 

The contractor will perform demolition, grading, and restoration work at the westside alley driveway on S Beverly Dr. The driveway to the alley will be temporarily closed to vehicular traffic from Monday, August 17th 2026, through Friday, August 21, 2026. Ingress will be maintained to the alley from El Camino Dr while the S Beverly Dr driveway is closed.

  • Alley driveway on S Beverly Dr just south of Wilshire Bl. 

When

  • Phase 1 - Southbound S Beverly Dr: Monday, August 17th 2026 – Friday, August 21st 2026 

Work Hours

  • 8am - 4pm

Traffic Control 

  • Alley driveway will be closed during construction.
  • Intermittent sidewalk closures and pedestrian detours may be in place. ADA compliant pedestrian access will be maintained during work activity. 
Noteworthy
  • All work has received the necessary permits and approvals. 
  • Access to driveways, residences & businesses will be maintained at all times unless notified in advance. 
  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of construction zones. 
  • Access for the Fire Department and emergency responders will be maintained. 
  • Parking restrictions will be implemented in the immediate area of the work zone. 
  • Construction is dynamic and schedules are subject to change.
