South Side Civil Restoration Work – Wilshire/La Cienega

Summary 

Beginning Monday, November 3, sidewalk demolition, bus pad restoration, and civil restoration work will commence behind the K-rail on the south side of Wilshire Bl, between La Cienega Bl and Hamilton Dr. This work is anticipated to continue through the month of November. Intermittent eastbound bumpouts may be implemented, reducing eastbound Wilshire Bl to a single lane between Le Doux Rd and Hamilton Dr. 

All work is anticipated to occur behind K-Rail during daytime working hours (7am to 3pm). Night work may be utilized on an as needed basis.

  • Access for Emergency Vehicles & First Responders will be maintained. 
  • Local Access between Robertson Bl and La Cienega Bl will be maintained. 

Metro Access 

Metro bus stops may be relocated or lines could be impacted. For information changes to Metro service, please call 323.GoMetro.

  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of the construction zone.
