Westbound lane closures will be implemented on Constellation Bl west of the intersection at Avenue of the Stars to support ongoing utility work. 

When: 

• Wednesday, June 17 through Friday, June 26  

Work Hours:  

• Nighttime Work Hours: 8PM-6AM

Traffic Control

• Southbound right turns from Avenue of the Stars onto Constellation Bl will be restricted due to the curb lane closure. 
• Westbound traffic on Constellation Bl will be reduced through the Avenue of the Stars intersection. 
• Left-turn and right- turn movements onto Avenue of the Stars will be maintained. 
• Flaggers will be on site to help with both vehicle and pedestrian traffic.   
• Temporary traffic control devices and detour signa will be in place to guide both vehicles and pedestrians safely around the work zone.  

Noteworthy: 

• All work has or will receive the necessary permits and approvals. 
• Access to driveways, residences & businesses will be maintained at all times unless notified in advance. 
• Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of construction zones. 
• Access for the Fire Department and emergency responders will be maintained 
• Parking restrictions will be implemented in the immediate area of the work zone.
