Westbound Wilshire Directional Closure – Wilshire/San Vicente

Summary 

On Saturday, December 20, a westbound directional closure will be in place from 5am to 9pm. This traffic control will support the implementation of a K-Rail work zone on Wilshire Bl between Tower Dr and San Vicente Bl.

Eastbound Wilshire Bl will be maintained with one lane between Le Doux Rd and San Vicente Bl. A signed detour will be in place: Westbound Wilshire Bl > Northbound San Vicente Bl > Westbound Burton Way > Southbound Robertson Bl.

Traffic Control 

  • Westbound directional closure on Wilshire Bl between San Vicente Bl and La Cienega Bl
  • Eastbound Wilshire will be reduced to a single lane from Le Doux Rd to San Vicente Bl
  • Intermittent closure of S Hamilton Dr at Wilshire Bl

Access 

  • Access for Emergency Vehicles & First Responders will be maintained. 

Metro Access 

Metro bus stops may be relocated or lines could be impacted. For information changes to Metro service, please call 323.GoMetro. 

Noteworthy  

  • All work has received necessary permits and approvals. 
  • Local access maintained for westbound Wilshire Bl between San Vicente Bl and La Cienega Bl. 
  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of the construction zone. 
  • Access for emergency responders will be maintained.
