Westwood/UCLA Station Construction

Summary

Workers continue constructing the future Westwood/UCLA Station within UCLA Lot 36. Activities may require temporary lane closures to access this site. Work includes hauling, utility removal, material delivery, concrete pours, and backfilling excavations. Work will continue through March 30, 2026.

To reduce impacts to stakeholders, Metro contractors will implement intermittent traffic closures. Closures may impact westbound Wilshire Bl between Westwood Bl and Veteran Av, crosswalks on Wilshire Bl and Gayley Av, southbound right turn pockets at Gayley Av/Wilshire Bl (dual right turns impacted), and Westwood Bl/Wilshire Bl.
