Wilshire/La Cienega Westbound Wilshire Lane Reductions and Gutter Work

Summary 

Starting at 5 AM on Monday, February 2, the contractor will begin constructing new curb and gutter along westbound Wilshire Bl and removing the existing bus pad between La Cienega Bl and Le Doux Rd for approximately 2 weeks. Westbound Wilshire Bl will be intermittently reduced to one or two lanes between Gale Dr and Le Doux Rd. These lane reductions will be in place on a continuous and intermittent basis through February 17 as described below. 

When 

  • February 2 to February 17 
  • Continuous lane reductions for approximately 2 weeks. 


Where

  • Wilshire Bl between N Gale Dr and Le Doux Rd. 


Traffic Control

  • Westbound Wilshire Bl reduced to two lanes between Gale Dr and Le Doux Rd on a continuous basis.  
  • Westbound Wilshire Bl reduced to a single lane between Gale Dr and Le Doux Rd on an intermittent basis. General times will be 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, and 6am to 6pm on weekends.

Noteworthy  

  • All work has received necessary permits and approvals. 
  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of the construction zone. 
  • Access for emergency responders will be maintained.
