Wilshire/La Cienega Bl: Street Paving Work - Weekend 2

Summary 

Beginning Friday, August 14 from 8am – 6 pm, and continuing on Saturday, August 15 at 6am through Monday, August 17 at 6am, Wilshire Bl will be reduced to one lane in each direction between San Vicente Bl and La Cienega Bl. This work will support paving work and be performed in two phases. Phase 1 will take place in the curb lanes and driveways may be temporarily impacted. Phase 2 will take place in the center lanes

Traffic Control

  • Wilshire Blvd reduced to one lane in each direction between La Cienega Blvd and San Vicente Blvd.
  • Intermittent full closures of N/S Hamilton Dr, N/S Gale Dr, Tower Dr, and the dedicated right turn lane on San Vicente Blvd at Wilshire Blvd may be in place. Right turns onto Wilshire Blvd intermittently maintained with flagger assistance.
  • Left turns restricted from Wilshire Blvd to N/S Hamilton Dr, N/S Gale Dr, and Tower Dr.
  • Local access maintained from Gregory Way and Clifton Way.
  • Intermittent driveway impacts may take place.
Noteworthy
  • All work has received the necessary permits and approvals. 
  • Access to driveways, residences & businesses will be maintained at all times unless notified in advance. 
  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of construction zones. 
  • Access for the Fire Department and emergency responders will be maintained. 
  • Parking restrictions will be implemented in the immediate area of the work zone. 
  • Construction is dynamic and schedules are subject to change.
