Utility Installation Work – In Alley Between N Canon Dr and Crescent Dr      

Summary 

The contractor will continue to work during daytime and nighttime non-peak work hours in the AKA Alley between N Canon Dr and N Crescent Dr to progress with permanent sewer work activity that supports station construction.

When: 

  • Daytime closure duration: September 29 - October 3 

  • Nighttime Closure duration: Friday, September 26, Monday, September 29 and Tuesday September 30  

Work hours:  

  • Daytime work hours: 9AM-4PM 

  • Nighttime work hours: 8:15PM-7AM 

Traffic Control: 

  • The south end of the alleyway will be restricted at Wilshire Bl.  

  • The sidewalk in the immediate area will be restricted during work activity but will not conflict with the closure on south side of Wilshire Bl.  

  • Pedestrian access to the AKA building entrance on Wilshire Bl will be maintained during work activity. 

  • Flaggers will be on site to assist with traffic for ingress and egress at Clifton Way.  

  • Entrance to the alley from Clifton Way will be maintained 

Noteworthy: 

  • All work has or will receive the necessary permits and approvals. 

  • Access to driveways, residences & businesses will be maintained at all times unless notified in advance. 

  • Access for pedestrians will be maintained outside of construction zones. 

  • Access for the Fire Department and emergency responders will be maintained 

  • Parking restrictions will be implemented in the immediate area of the work zone.
