Relocation Plan for the East San Fernando Valley Light Rail Transit Project 

30 Day Public Comment Period 

October 14, 2023 

On behalf of the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), we are notifying the public that the draft Relocation Plan (Plan) for the East San Fernando Valley Light Rail Transit (ESFV LRT) Project has been completed.  

The Plan is to inform the public and displaced businesses and residents of Metro’s Relocation Program and associated information for the ESFV LRT Project.   

The Plan will be available for a period of thirty (30) days for public review and comment beginning Saturday, October 14, 2023, through Tuesday, November 14, 2023. 

All written comments regarding the Plan should be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 14, 2023.
