New Dedicated TAP Info Window at East Portal

Starting last Monday, transit riders visiting the East Portal Customer Center can experience a faster, more streamlined way to resolve card issues and manage their transit accounts. Customers can now step directly up to our newly dedicated support window for immediate, face-to-face assistance. The window is open Monday to Friday, from 12 P to 4 P. This pilot program eliminates unnecessary friction and keeps all customer service needs in one convenient location. | Metro Customer Centers

Service Alerts

A/E Line Service Alert: Grand Av Arts/Bunker Hill Station Closure:

On Saturday, October 10 from 6 AM to 6 PM, A and E Line train service will be temporarily unavailable at Grand Av Arts/Bunker Hill Station due to system maintenance repairs.

During this closure, Grand Av Arts/Bunker Hill Station will be closed, and bus shuttle service will replace train service between 7th St/Metro Center and Historic Broadway stations. B and D Line service at 7th St/Metro Center will continue to operate normally. Riders should allow extra travel time.

C Line Service Alert: Harbor Fwy and Avalon Station Closures:

Beginning Friday, October 9 at 9 PM, through Saturday, October 10 at 9 AM, C Line train service will be temporarily unavailable at Harbor Fwy and Avalon stations due to construction projects.

During this closure, Harbor Fwy and Avalon stations will be closed, and bus shuttle service will replace train service between Vermont/Athens and Willowbrook/Rosa Parks stations. C Line train service will continue to operate normally outside of the affected area. Riders should allow extra travel time.

Planned Work

G Line Multi-Use Path Improvements

Work continues on the G Line Multi-Use Path to install solar lighting, repave and restripe the path. Overnight work is scheduled October 9, from 4 PM to 6 AM, between White Oak Av and Sepulveda Basin. Beginning October 10 through early November, bicyclists will be detoured onto Oxnard St, with shared lane markings and temporary signs guiding the route. Existing detours between Canoga Av and White Oak Av remain in effect. Multi-Use Path improvements are anticipated to continue through January 2027. | Full Details
